While I completely understand your feelings about this matter, I do not have a choice but to also follow other’s footsteps. It is shameful, but hell, I find a better way to make sure that you will not waste a lot of your time reading all of disclaimers, rules, and ToS of this site. So, let us start!

I can not and do not want to be held responsible if you can’t even speak, write, and read in English, you are not accepted here if you can’t speak, write, and read in English, AND, if you can’t speak, write, and read in English but somehow you manage to stay in here, you are already against my number 1 rules here.
